  Cancelled my appointment on me once. Rescheduled and when I went in for appointment--doctor was going to lunch because she'd been busy all morning. I could wait 45 minutes or reschedule. Receptionist was rude and felt like they could have called me to let me know before I got there. There were at least 4 people working the desk so I felt they could have at least called me. I DO NOT APPRECIATE RUDENESS OR CONDESCENDING behavior and she had both. I will never go there again.
