  Be warned!!!
  Especially if you have a "home warranty policy"! The rude secretary speaking in a condescending tone with a lack of interpersonal skills was the least of the problems. The "technician" was only offering solutions that would create more problems down the road i.e. "drill a hole in a tube." He said one thing to us and turned around to say another to the home warranty to ensure that they would not have to cover the service. So not only did we just pay $75 to come misdiagnose the issue (fraud), but now we have to pay a skilled technician to come fix the problem! RUN!!!
